In this course, we will delve into the creative possibilities of adhesive-free bindings.
Unusual book shapes can be created with simple methods, which can be produced without machines and drying times. You will have the opportunity to design albums and books, such as the „Steckalbum" and the "Woven rod binding" and learn how to use neodymium magnets for closures and connections. Furthermore, the course will give an introduction to different folding techniques from the world of origami and tessellation and we will also create the "circle binding" with magnets as connectors.
